We have a few Important Dates coming up over the next couple of months, including some significant changes to our monthly OA Foot Steps Virtual Intergroup meetings. It is going to be a busy few months! Please take note of these for your calendar:
| Nov 6th 10am – 5pm EST | MEET THE MOTION: Come join us to meet our newly revised Bylaws, Policies & Procedures, and Standing Rules & Meeting Procedures that we hope to adopt for our intergroup. | Nov 13th 3p – 4:30p EST | Virtual Intergroup Business Meeting: This is being held on the second Sunday of the month to accommodate the upcoming OA Virtual Region Assembly taking place on November 19th and 20th. |
| Dec 11th 10am – 5pm EST | SPECIAL MEETING: Adopt proposed Bylaws, Policies & Procedures, and Standing Rules & Meeting Procedures. |
| Jan 15th 3pm – 4:30p EST | Virtual Intergroup Business Meeting: This will be a regular OA Foot Steps Virtual Intergroup business meeting with the inclusion of our Board Elections, as we vote in our new board members based upon our newly adopted Bylaws, Policies & Procedures, and Standing Rules & Meeting Procedures. |
