Meetings Schedule Committee: Chair

Some of the duties of the Meetings Schedule Committee Chair includes:
-schedule OAFSVIG Real Time meetings on TeamUp, the web-based app we use for our calendar;
-track OAFSVIG Non Real Time Meetings lists to inform & advise these meetings as appropriate;
-ditto above for OAFSVIG WhatsApp chats;
-maintain OAFSVIG Zoom platform listing;
-update OAFSVIG meeting info on;
-maintain internal OAFSVIG meeting info;
-communicate with meeting leaders, attendees, & others about OAFSVIG meeting suggestions, policies, best practices, & more;
-represent the Committee at OAFSVIG meetings;
-hold & chair Committee meetings (currently monthly);
-implement OAFSVIG group consciences as they relate to the Meetings Schedule Committee.

Ability to understand internet basics, Google Drive, & email is essential. Prior experience with these would be helpful. Prior experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) would also be helpful. Training will be provided to work on the TeamUp Calendar & also filling in the required forms at
