Digital Committee
Are you a bit of a techie? Would you like to exercise your skills or learn new ones? The Digital Committee provides an environment which uses a group environment to observe or lead in making technical updates, investigating problems and working with other committees to carry the message in a powerful way.
Statement of Purpose
Our mission is to support the digital platforms of OA Foot Steps Intergroup, working with the board, the committees, and OA members, to facilitate the virtual methods to carry the message and to strengthen our fellowship.

Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance – Focusing on helping to serve program members through enhancing presentation. We use the WordPress website application to maintain the website. We create and maintain Google Forms and WPForms for communicating requests to committees. Plugin installation and maintenance as required. User access management. Post and remove Latest News announcements. Utilize a staging instance for testing major website changes.
Podcasts Subcommittee – speaker meeting recordings are downloaded and then posted as podcasts
Infrastructure tasks – host disk-space management and Backuply backups management
GDPR Compliance – implement OA Foot Steps Intergroup privacy policy
Newsletter support – technical support of our on-line newsletter that can be found at esh.oafootsteps.com
Social Media Support – webpage information for WhatsApp and Facebook non-real-time meetings
