Non-Real-Time Meetings
Non-real-time meetings are meetings that do not meet in real time or meetings that do not occur immediately. These meetings may take place over a period of hours or days. Examples of non-real-time meetings are social media messengers, email, social media pages, bulletin boards, forums, and mobile applications.

Group Chat Etiquette
Do
- Stick to the topics of compulsive overeating, addiction and recovery. Be respectful and sensitive to others.
- Be supportive and encouraging.
- Group multiple pictures into a single post.
- Review texts prior to sending.
- Be patient with other members. If a member is being disruptive, take it up with them one-to-one.
- A disruptive member will be removed if they are unwilling to change their behavior, or they endanger the safety of others.
Don’t
- Curse excessively or use offensive language.
- Spam the group.
- Mass forward readings or spiritual material.
- Share sensitive or personal information.
- Text bomb (send multiple messages in a row).
- Participate in unsafe or illegal behavior.
