Go to Instructions to Add a Recurring Recovery Meeting. This contains directions on how to find an empty time slot and includes a link to the actual Add-a-Meeting form.

ADD A ONE TIME MEETING

Go to the One Time Meeting or Event form to request a single meeting such as training, or an event like a workshop.

EDIT ANYTHING ABOUT A MEETING

This form will allow you to manage your meeting information.  It includes what is displayed on the Foot Steps calendar and on the OA.ORG calendar.  If you have not already done so, we encourage you to add a Specific Topic and Specific Focus to your meeting. Both Foot Steps and OA.ORG allow their meeting searches to be filtered by these fields. Click here to reach the Edit a Meeting Form.

EDIT JUST THE MEETING CONTACTS

This form will update for Meeting Contact and Intergroup Representative information; this is used by OA Foot Steps volunteers to keep meeting info accurate and to reach out to someone if any issues arise with your meeting. You will be offered options about what exactly is put on the web. Click here to reach the Edit Meeting Contact Form. We’re so glad that you are keeping your meeting information up to date. 

EDIT MEETING SPECIFIC TOPIC OR FOCUS

This form will enable you to update a specific topic or focus for a meeting; this is used by OA Foot Steps volunteers to keep meeting info accurate. CANCEL A MEETING

This form will allow you to close your meeting information.  It includes what is displayed on the Foot Steps calendar and on the OA.ORG calendar.  Click here to reach the Meeting Cancellation Form.
