How to Add / Edit / Delete a Meeting
ADD A MEETING
If you are new to Foot Steps, we’re so glad you’re interested. The Foot Steps Intergroup offers so much more than just a zoom platform. Please visit here to explore all the benefits we provide.
Go to One Time Meeting to request a single meeting such as training or group conscience.
Go to Instructions to Add a Recurring Recovery Meeting. This contains directions on how to find an empty time slot and includes a link to the actual Add-a-Meeting form.
EDIT A MEETING
This form will allow you to manage your meeting information. It includes what is displayed on the Foot Steps calendar and on the OA.ORG calendar. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to add a Specific Topic and Specific Focus to your meeting. Both Foot Steps and OA.ORG allow their meeting searches to be filtered by these fields. Press here to reach the Edit a Meeting Form.
EDIT MEETING CONTACTS
This form will update for Meeting Contact and Intergroup Representative information; this is used by OA Foot Steps volunteers to keep meeting info accurate and to reach out to someone if any issues arise with your meeting. You will be offered options about what exactly is put on the web. Press here to reach the Edit Meeting Contact Form. We’re so glad that you are keeping your meeting information up to date.
DELETE A MEETING
This form will allow you to close your meeting information. It includes what is displayed on the Foot Steps calendar and on the OA.ORG calendar. Press here to reach the Delete Form.
