2. Duties by Position
e. Digital Resource Coordinator

  • Oversees all OA Foot Steps Digital Products.
  • Ensures the OA Foot Steps website is maintained.
  • Makes informed suggestions in order that all OA Foot Steps digital products function at their best.
  • With the assistance of the Deputy Officer, makes informed suggestions in order that all OA Foot Steps digital products are legally compliant.
  • Is responsible for changes to all OA Foot Steps digital products in accordance with decisions made by appropriate OA Foot Steps Committees or the OA Foot Steps Intergroup.
  • Administers OA Foot Steps Meeting Platforms, this includes but is not limited to:
  • Approval and signing off on persons receiving administrative features such as the host code.
  • Maintains an email list of all registered users with administrative features.
  • Changes access to administrative features as necessary and notifies the users.
  • Deletes recordings on a routine basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
