Meeting Support Committee
Our mission: The Meeting Support Committee devotes itself to providing dependable and easy to use meeting schedule information on both our website and OA.ORG while also supporting our meetings and meeting leaders.
We are responsible for providing accurate, timely and easy-to-use meeting schedule information on both OAFootSteps.com and OA.org. This is done using documentation and standard processes to ensure best practices are followed when making changes. The committee is also responsible for handling global events such as time changes and religious holidays, and periodically auditing the calendars for consistency. We further support meeting leadership by providing resources to meetings, sharing best practices between meetings and supporting meeting leaders.

COMMITTEE MEETINGS every Wednesdays of the month at 5:00 ET. Please join us for a peek at the inside of our committee.
WORKING MEETINGS are also meeting Mondays at 6:00pm ET to make changes requested by the Foot Steps Community. We work together using screen sharing to enhance training and improve quality of our changes..

Our primary responsibilities are:
- Follow OA’s 12 Steps and 12 Concepts of Service.
- Make best use of Foot Steps resources, especially zoom licenses and WhatsApp groups.
- Maintain the OA Foot Steps calendar and OA.ORG such that the information is timely, accurate and easily understood.
- Support meetings and meeting leaders
