Motion: *New* Standing Rules & Meeting Guidelines

MOTION:  Move to create a Standing Rules and Meeting Procedures Manual.

INTENT: To create a Standing Rules and Meeting Procedures document.

IMPLEMENTATION: Adoption of the new Standing Rules and Meeting Procedures only involves posting of the documents. 

COST: $ 0.00

RATIONALE: An intergroup the size of OA Foot Steps requires some guidelines to assist the intergroup meeting to stay on track and be in line with OA Steps, Traditions, and Concepts as well as OA Foot Steps Bylaws, Policy and Procedure Manual, and the adopted Parliamentary Procedure. 

There is a copy of the proposed Standing Rules (Full Draft) available. We believe the adoption of the Standing Rules as a single motion would best serve the intergroup.
