- Motion {from the floor}: To amend Continuing Effective Motion CEM39 – In keeping with OA Foot Steps ongoing policy {and OA overall} to use the first name and last initial of members when we post podcasts, ESH Newsletter articles, messages from the board in our VIG Monthly Update, and other items on the website, this CEM should be amended. This motion would omit individuals’ names from OAFSVIG minutes, website, etc., if requested. If adopted, individuals could be designated as “anonymous” or not mentioned individually at all, if they’d like.
- Motion: Move to amend Article IX paragraphs 1 and 2 of the OA Foot Steps Policy Manual as shown in red and green on the motion. Namely, to make changes in how OA Foot Steps VIG creates and removes service committees.
- Motion: Move to create new Article V of the OA Foot Steps Bylaws and renumber all subsequent sections. This motion is about changing requirements for Committee Chairs and renumbering those parts of the Bylaws to reflect the changed requirements, if the motion is approved.
- Motion: Move to amend the OA Foot Steps Policy and Procedure Manual Article IX – Committees by striking and inserting as shown in red and green. This motion would change the structure of OAFSVIG Committees and enumerate some Committee Chair duties, if approved.
- Motion: Move to amend the OA Foot Steps Policy and Procedure manual Article V paragraph 2 sub-paragraph C as shown in red and green. This will change the OAFSVIG Secretary’s “job description” in the P&P (Policies & Procedures Manual).
